Construction Cleaning

We perform all cleaning related to the construction process. A lot of debris and dirt accumulate during building, and it is important to keep the site clean for a healthy work environment. A building that is not properly cleaned can develop mold and mildew. We have extensive experience in construction cleaning. During final cleaning, all areas are tidied, and all surfaces are treated by washing, drying, or vacuuming as agreed before handover.

Construction cleaning includes the following:

Removal of all floor protection: cardboard, tape residues
Cleaning of all floors
Cleaning of ceilings, walls, doors, interior glass surfaces, and other horizontal surfaces
Cleaning of interior and exterior fixtures
Cleaning of all enclosed spaces in shafts, window sills, walls, and ceiling areas with installations and frameworks
Polishing windows and glass facades inside and out, including removal of stains and marks
Cleaning of sanitary equipment
Fine cleaning – the final round at the end of the project to remove construction dust that normally settles on surfaces and fixtures
The cleaner brings all necessary cleaning equipment and cleaning agents to perform the work
